Ezequiel manages core operational functions,   implements business strategies, improves operational systems, optimizes performance, and ensures that our operations support our business objective. As our Chief Technology Officer, Rob is responsible for overseeing the technological direction and innovation for Nudge Health by leading the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovative digital transformation. Rob focuses on evaluating emerging technologies, enhancing product offerings, improving technical processes, and making decisions on software, infrastructure, and systems that support the company's operations and growth while allowing Nudge Health to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. 

As our Chief Strategy Officer, Pauly is responsible for overseeing and driving the long-term strategic direction of Nudge Health. Pauly assists in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing business processes, and ensuring alignment between the company's strategic objectives and operational activities by providing market analysis, competitive intelligence, corporate development, and managing key initiatives that support the Nudge Health's vision and business goals. 

As the Chief Growth Officer, Valeria is responsible for driving the company's growth strategy and aligning all business functions for marketing, sales, product, and customer experience to achieve sustainable and scalable growth.
